Beta period

Lumina is in active development. Features are added regularly. If you find a bug or have a suggestion, use the feedback button in the app or email hello@luminahq.com. Every report is read and most feature requests are already on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lumina really free?
Yes — all features are free during the beta period. There is no hidden paid tier, no feature gating, and no credit card required. We will announce pricing well in advance before any charges apply, and you will always have the option to export your data.
When will pricing be introduced?
We have not set a date. We will give users significant advance notice — at minimum 60 days — before any paid tier is required. When pricing is introduced, there will be a free tier that covers small teams.
Will my data be safe when pricing changes?
Yes. You can export everything from the Reports page as CSV at any time. When pricing is introduced, organisations that do not upgrade will retain read access to their data and the ability to export before any deletion.
Is there a limit on employees or data during the beta?
No employee cap and no storage limit during the beta period. We reserve the right to contact organisations with unusually high usage, but this is not a concern for the vast majority of teams.
Can I use Lumina for multiple organisations?
Yes. The Super Administrator role can create and manage multiple tenant organisations from a single account. Each organisation is fully isolated — separate users, leave types, policies, and P&R rules.
Does the offline feature work without a paid plan?
Yes. Offline access is a core architectural feature of the platform, not a premium add-on. It works for all users on all plans, including the free beta.
Does API access cost extra?
No. The REST API and webhook system are included for all organisations during the beta period. There is no separate developer tier or API add-on. Generate your first key from Settings → Integrations.
